Access files securely using the download link provided by NorthMaxVault. Secure delivery links may include expiration dates, password protection, and download limits.
Have a secure delivery link?
Open the secure link provided to you by NorthMaxVault or by the person who sent your files.
- Open your secure delivery link.
- Enter the password if one was provided.
- Click Download File to save the file to your device.
Important: Secure delivery links may expire or have a maximum number of downloads. If your link is no longer available, please contact the sender to request a new delivery link.
Having trouble accessing your files?
If your secure link has expired, reached its download limit, or is no longer available, please contact the person who sent you the files and request a new secure delivery link.
